2011 in Review

Cheers to a new year and remembering 2011!  Heres a few things I experienced along the way:

Became a salesperson

Learned about bees in an effort to respect not fear them

Cooked corned beef and cabbage for the 1st time

Joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
Visited NYC
Learned how to can jelly and sauce

Picked strawberries
Saw Christmas through a childs eye
Learned that the holidays can really throws a wrench in the schedule
Discovered Elton John

Learned to use the things we have and throw out the rest
