The end is near

The carpenters were here Monday-Thursday and today was their last dAy. Few minor things we need to do and the electrician has to come back one more time, but almost!
Subway tile is in and the pantry is built.
I still need to post pics of the laundry room before cabinets and after with the old kitchen cabinets. For the first time in eleven years we actually have STORAGE space.

Ashley had tears today when I told her "the guys" would not be back. We shared many breakfasts together, some very stressful mornings and of course Gus our dog will miss his new friends too.
I am looking forward to a quiet house tomorrow morning all week they arrived by 7am many times I hadn't even been downstairs yet and I could hear the saws.
